CBP has the priveledge of working with Chicago's hottest up and coming DJs. Here is a little information on them.

I first came to know DJ Casper through a monthly youth dance called SYNERGY that he was spinning for in 2003. I was always impressed by his professionalism and the wide variety of musical genre's that he provided his clients.

In the Spring of 2005 DJ Casper sent me an e-mail notifying me that he was looking for a DJ Assistant to help him. I have become an integral part of the company fulfilling the roles of DJ Assistant and Customer Service Associate ever since.

Working with Color Blind Productions has offered me the rare opportunity to experience different musical cultures and backgrounds along with the various demands of being a DJ and Party Coordinator. I have worked on everything from house parties to weddings with the company and now have a greater appreciation for all forms of music and entertainment professionals.

In the summer of 2007 I reached the next level in the company, I was given my own DJ moniker and a more active role in spinning for different functions. While the company offers all varieties of music, I specialize in pop, hip-hop and R&B remixes. I enjoy the work I do and am passionate about music. This is why I work for CBP.

I am originally from Mexico, and when I was a child, I wished to one day DJ in a nightclub of my very own. With few resources and opportunities in Mexico, I knew that I could not easily achieve my dream, so I decided to travel to the United States where I believed my dream could become reality.

I arrived in Chicago, and even though there were not many people I knew, I started to get to know a few friends a little at a time. I was lucky to have met DJ Casper, and shared with him my childhood dreams of owning and also playing music in my own club. It was at this moment that DJ Casper shared with me that he owned his own DJ company CBP (Color Blind Productions). On January 6, 2007, DJ Casper invited me to work for him as one of his assistants helping out with unloading, loading, setting up and tearing down the sound and lighting equipment for CBP. This opportunity gave me the chance to work with the DJ sound and lighting equipment I had always dreamed of using. It also allowed me to watch DJ Casper as he mixed and played music for his clients, and learn important business practices from him as well. This time proved to me that each day I was getting closer to the dream that I could only think about and hope for while in Mexico.

On April 15th, 2007 during a wedding, I was given the chance to play a small set of music. This was a chance to prove to DJ Casper what I knew, what I had learned, that I was ready and that I could be a valuable part of the CBP DJ team. That moment was the start, and the rest as they say is history. I now DJ at all functions that we are hired for, especially events where Spanish music is requested or required. I spin all music genres in English and Spanish, however I specialize in Rock Pop, Duranguense, Cumbia, and Reggeaton.

I am very thankful to DJ Casper, for the great opportunity that he has blessed me with during all this time that I have been working for and with him. I also thank him for granting me the chance to make my dreams become reality.
